◎ Mechanical Engineer
Position Requirement:
1、College degree or higher with major course of mechanical or related ones, male;
2、Skilled in use of AutoCad, capable of reading equipment manual or similar information in English;
3、3 years or more of experience in mechanical maintenance, 5 years or more of experience in mechanical management, candidates    knowing well design of tooling are preferred;
4、Familiar with operation principles of various welding machines and NC equipment;
5、Knowing well production equipment for chemical machinery in respect to category, name, property, structure and maintenance    requirement, as well as working mode of mechanical manufacturing;
6、Good at interpersonal communication, high ability of determination, scheduling and performance.

◎ Electrical Engineer
Position Requirement:
1、University degree with major course of electrical automation or related ones, male;
2、Skilled in use of office software, capable of reading equipment manual or similar information in English;
3、3 years or more of experience as Electrical Engineer, knowing well working mode of mechanical manufacturing;
4、Familiar with power distribution at MV and LV, as well as electricity and control of equipment for metal machining, lifting    and NC equipment;
5、Good at interpersonal communication, high ability of determination, scheduling and performance.

◎ Head of Personnel Resources Dept
Position Requirement:
1、University degree with major course of personnel resources management or the courses related to enterprise management;
2、8 years or more of experience as same position in large or mid size enterprises, having systematical knowledge and practice    on management mode of personnel resources in modern enterprises;
3、Knowing well about 6 modules in personnel resources management and capable of guiding the work of each module;
4、Familiar with Labor Contract Law and relevant laws and acts etc.;
5、Having conception both in strategy and tactics, capable of establishment and consolidation of different teams.
6、High ability of scheduling and performance, good at writing official documents, prudent in dealing with affairs and    sticking to principles;
7、High ability of inspiration, communication, coordination and leadership of a team.

◎ Technicians
Position Requirement:
1、Graduating students in 2010 with university degree in major courses of mechanical manufacturing, chemical machinery and    non-destructive test;
2、Passing CET-4 examination, capable of reading technical documents in English and oral communication in daily English;
3、Skilled to use software of CAD and office word;
4、Hard working, earnest and practical, stick to practice at workshop for 3-5 months;
5、High sense of responsibility, good ability to communicate and coordinate and fine team spirit.
